Hello! My name is Kimberly and I’m the owner and photographer of Kimberly Cowan Photography, LLC. I proudly built my business from the ground up as one of the most sought after & trusted bump to baby studios in the Permian Basin.
I first fell in love with photography in 2011 after being inspired by my passionate talented friends. I invested in my first DSLR camera to take pictures of my own kids and I never looked back. I invest heavily in my training and equipment each year to get the business and art where it is today.
I’m a mother with two adorable children who are 16 and 7 years old. I’m also a Midland, TX native born and raised and proud to continue to grow my roots in my hometown. I currently hold a Master of Photography Degree (M. Photog.) and Certification (CPP) through Professional Photographer Association , an Associations Degree in Business Systems through Midland College, previously a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), a member of the Professional Photography Association, Texas Professional Photographers Association, American Society of Photographers, Professional Photographers of America, and International Association of Newborn Photographers.

Laura Morse – Administration – Social Media Manager
Hello my name is Laura Morse. I am the first contact and friendly voice behind the scenes who takes care of our amazing customers. I have been with Kimberly for 3 years. I take pride in helping each and everyone of our amazing clients.
I am a mother of 7 wonderful kids and have been married to my amazing husband for 23 years. I was born in Louisiana but have lived in Texas most my life including 5 years in Midland and currently reside in Houston.. I love photography and playing around with my camera every chance I get. Spend time with my family is very important to me.
Megan Morse – Studio Assistant / Design Associate
Hi! My name is Megan Morse and I am a design associate and studio assistant at Kimberly Cowan Photography. I’m a big part behind the scenes to help set up and take down the design sets so things run smoothly in the studio. I help in every session that goes on in the studio or outside on location. When we are not in photo sessions, I go through and cull the image files our photographers capture and carefully wrap and package our print products for our clients when they are ready for pick up. I absolutely love working at Kimberly Cowan Photography and I love playing with and making our tiny clients laugh and giggle. It is such a blessing working with Kimberly.
I have lived in midland for 6 years and I love it out here. I am a wife and a mom of three wonderful amazing boy. I adore being in the Studio at all times and I love being outside to. I have worked for Kimberly for 7 months now and worked with her in past here and there on projects. I love what I do and would not change it for the world! I love my job so much!!
