Below is the current pricing for prints and products ordered through the studio as of August 24th, 2023. If you booked a session prior to this date I can honor the old pricing per our contract up to 90 days after the proofing gallery has been delivered to you, otherwise print orders are subject to the updated pricing below. FAQ:
How do I get my low resolution digital files for social media.
An online gallery will be sent to you reviewing your proofs approximately 2-3 weeks after our photo session together. After you place an order or after we complete our in person or zoom print consultation meeting I will unlock the low resolution digital proofs for you to be able to share online. Please keep in mind, it is prohibited to print out any low resolution proofs without written permission from Kimberly.
How long do I have to order and redeem my credit?
Contract states 90 days until your credit expires. I archive your galleries and your welcome to order more prints and product up to the event of a digital disaster, but always do my best to save, backup, and archive your galleries. I currently have galleries saved back to 2011.
How long does it take for my order to come in?
Aprox 2 weeks. Canvas takes about 7-10 business days, books about a week, and prints a couple of days. Speciality items can take longer.
How do albums work?
You pick the cover of the book and I will design the rest for you. I will email a proof via pdf. zip file to get your approval before sending the design to the print lab.
How will I receive my order?
I have the products automatically sent to the studio for quality control and packaging. You can pick up your order at the studio or have shipped to you for additional cost.
Due to the custom nature of boutique photography, all print sales are final and can not honor refunds or exchanges. Payment plans are available, please ask the studio for details.
Sales tax is applicable for all orders and services.
